* I need someone with some cybersecurity knowledge, but primarily someone who is an out-of-the-box thinker, has a creative mindset, straight talker, happy to work on strategic projects, provide admin support to me when needed, and is willing to drive/spearhead the projects, not just PM them.

What You Will Do:

* The Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture Program Manager will help facilitate a robust security awareness program within the Corporate Information Security (CIS) organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture (CRC) and is accountable for coordination and support associated with global security awareness capabilities. The Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture Program Manager will work closely with the CRC Senior Manager to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of services and capabilities to support organizational and business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support day-to-day operations to ensure program deliverables are executed in a timely manner, project plans are up-to-date, and tracking mechanisms accurately reflect top initiatives and priorities.
* Lead the detailed planning and management of key initiatives to support CRC Senior Manager.
* Create strategic deliverables to support the vision and mission of the team, including strategic roadmaps, Leadership updates, etc.
* Provide minimal administrative support to CRC Senior Manager, as necessary.
* Motivate team members and contractors and encourage them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
* Sustain and improve the Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture program by staying up-to-date on current and emerging technologies and participating in industry events.
* Work proactively with CIS and management to consider key information security risks, and how to help address them via program initiatives.
* Help define and deliver program goals, objectives, and tactics.

How You Will Get Here:

* Prior experience in cybersecurity, training and education, or a related field
* Expertise in Microsoft Office and Atlassian products, particularly: PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
* Strong coordination and analytical skills
* Self-starter; organized; detail-oriented; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives.
* Strong project and relationship management skills to manage multiple priorities - projects, deliverables, and stakeholders.
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences across the business.
* Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
