Description:RMS Cyber Innovations is looking for a cybersecurity engineering professional to lead a team of cybersecurity engineers supporting the RMS Maritime and Mission Systems market segments. This Cybersecurity Engineering Manager will be part of the Mission Cyber team, within Cyber Innovations. Your responsibilities include: defining and developing a vision for capability maturation and long term sustainability that ties to technology roadmaps and business strategy; supporting customer engagements with programs and business development teams; leading innovation efforts and providing inputs into research & development and other investments designed to fuel business growth; developing capability talent pools and effectively applying resources to capture & proposal teams; identifying and strengthening critical skills and innovative solutions that provide discriminating value to the business; enhancing the sourcing process with knowledge about where to locate hard-to-fill skillsets that improves the speed at which staffing vacancies are closed; actively engaging with the business to build positive brand; courageously leading the workforce through the changing environment; developing career management plans for critical skill areas; driving employee engagement activities including talent management, career development, training opportunities and employee recognition; developing a team that is highly valued, ethical and responsive to needs of the business. The selected candidate will engage in direct charging leadership roles and responsibilities, in conjunction with the leadership responsibilities of this position.

Basic Qualifications:

Current and active DoD security clearance.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing tactical objectives to meet strategic goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience building high performing teams.

Demonstrated ability to build and foster collaborative team environments.

Comfortable working in Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 compliant security certification with 6 months of assignment.

Desired Skills:

Currently possess a recognized DoD 8570 compliant security certification (IAM2/3).

Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of cybersecurity with the ability to deliver innovative solutions balancing between information security and business needs.

Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced and dynamic environments, without close supervision.

Proven customer relationship management skills.

Proven ability to successfully stand-up new technologies and processes from concept to full service operating capability.
