Cyber Strategy Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Work with organizations to determine long-term goals, identify opportunities, and analyze the development of action plans for organizations to achieve their overall Cybersecurity objectives. Bring quality Cybersecurity insights to various commercial markets, including energy, financial services, health, automotive, and retail. Lead project work streams, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with mixed consultant and engineering teams to develop high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Maintain regular contact with junior- and mid-level client management in the field. Coordinate with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities and author technically-focused business development content. Represent the firm in a polished manner when engaging clients and lead Cybersecurity frameworks and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience as a business and technology analyst, including working as part of commercial-focused project delivery teams in the private sector
* Experience with top Cyber standards or frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001
* Experience with assessing and implementing security programs or specific capabilities, including governance, incident response, threat intelligence, security monitoring, training, or awareness
* Experience with face-to-face client interaction in both project execution and administrative discussions
* Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views, perspectives, and data sets as part of comprehensive client problem discovery and solution design into client-ready deliverables
* Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to provide substantive narrative input on proposals and marketing content
* Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
* BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience in a consulting firm
* Experience with working through both the strategic and technical aspects of Cybersecurity
* Knowledge of risk management disciplines
* BA or BS degree in MIS or CS
