Job Summary

As part of the global Attack Surface Assessment team, we are looking for a Cyber Shared Services Coordinator to work with customer supporting the delivery of technical evaluation processes that assesses the effectiveness of our security controls required for digital assets in order to meet the Deloitte risk appetite.

This role will serve as a contact point for customer requests and facilitation of the tasks required to deliver security testing assessments. The candidate being sought should be a creative, self-motivated, highly energetic and results oriented individual passionate about entering the world of cyber security and risk management.

Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors will be critical keys to success.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

Broad responsibilities of this role will be to work with Deloitte member firms to determine criticality, priority and timing of security testing activities. Illustrative duties would be;

* Project coordination of requests for services from our customers


* Working with technical teams to facilitate the execution of security testing assessments


* Maintain and manage external vendor relationships


* Facilitate key reporting metrics to function leaders and customers


* Assist member firms in understanding security testing outputs, facilitating in helping them reduce risk across the network Resolving Deloitte member firm inquiries or support escalations to the GISO Penetration Testing Service Lead


* Define, maintain and drive process improvements for Project Management within the Company, including management policies, methods and tools


* Provide guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing projects within the organization


* Monitor progress and complete regular programme reports on Delivery data and overall project status Oversee Risk and Issue management for the Organisation and facilitate the Risk and Issue Board meetings


* Work with the business operations to keep project finances up-to-date and analyse financial data


* Continue to monitor and maintain our standard approach to storing and sharing Delivery templates and processes for all areas within Delivery through our sharepoint knowledgebase


* Hold and attend project meetings, complete minute taking and follow up on action points in line with PMO activities



Required Technical Skills

* Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders


* Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time management


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* Proven ability to communicate with and present materials


* Creative, self-motivated, highly energetic and results oriented


* Excellent analytical/problem solving ability


* Understanding in the following would be beneficial;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially collaboration tools ISO 27000 series such as 27001, 27002, 27032, 27035


* NIST SP 800 series


* PCI DSS


* ITIL


* COBIT


* OWASP Top Ten


* SANS Institute - CIS Critical Security Controls


* Standard of Good Practice for Information Security


* Security architectures and designs (e.g. SIEM, IDS/IPS)


* Security operations center (SOC) functions and activities


* Incident management and response


* Vulnerability management





Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements

Although not required, possessing any of the following will be an asset:

* Project Management Professional (PMP)


* Cyber security related certifications/designations, such as:
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


* Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)


* CompTIA Security+





Education & Experience

* Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, engineering or related field or significant relevant industry experience


* Extensive stakeholder management experience


* Exposure and/or experience with cyber security industry standards and trends
