Cyber Security Analyst

PAE is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide direct support to our government customer in Washington, DC.

* Gathers and analyzes all data that supports cyber intelligence/counterintelligence activity.
* Assesses networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
* Identifies high and critical threats and reports to appropriate parties. Develops measures to mitigate threats and to assist leadership in integrating those measures into acquisitions.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree or 0-2 years of relevant experience with Masters degree.
* Knowledge of databases, networks, hardware, firewalls, and encryption.
* Experience with system performance, prevention of theft of data, and external intruders.
* Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
