POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for project management focused on enterprise-wide customer engagement, customer interactions and customer list maintenance including systems that support customer relationship management, ecommerce, direct order management and fulfillment systems. Also provides technical support to the user community using a broad range of enterprise business applications.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and maintain an accurate understanding of See's enterprise-wide customer engagement and direct-to-customer business practices. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the IT applications that support these business practices.
* Provide project management for customer list maintenance, customer relationship management, and direct-to-customer solutions.
* Dynamically participate in and drive forward systems initiatives as assigned including requirements definition, RFP processes, vendor selection and implementation planning and execution.
* Coordinate and ensure enhancement, support and maintenance objectives are achieved.
* Help develop, maintain, and improve upon maintenance and enhancement processes for See's systems.
* Ensure adherence to standard best practices and SDLC methodologies for system efforts.
* Responsible for establishing implementation target dates for various IT deliverables and system updates. Includes understanding business and compliance deadlines as well as project interdependencies.
* Responsible for initiating with IT and business project team members to gain understanding of business and technical project requirements.
* Responsible for defining project requirements plus creating and executing project work plans. Revise resulting work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Work with business and IT executives to address resource restrictions and other constraints and conflicts.
* Successfully manage projects from a budget, schedule and quality assurance perspective.
* Ensure project and system maintenance documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Facilitate daily / weekly project status meetings as required.
* Produce and publish daily updates/weekly status reports as required.
* Mitigate team conflict and communication problems.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field.
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a project manager in a mid- to large-size retail organization with excellent customer engagement and direct-to-customer track record.
* Familiarity and experience working with various vendor packages or applications that focus on customer interaction and direct-to-customer.
* Recent experience implementing CRM and/or DOMS systems is required.
* Experience working in a retail and/or manufacturing corporation; food and beverage experience a definite plus!
* Experience and proficiency with waterfall and agile/iterative methodologies.
* Capable of managing several different small projects/initiatives simultaneously.
* Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, system design and infrastructure.
* Ability to effectively interact and communicate across all levels of the organization.
* Strong capabilities in multi-tasking and work prioritization.
* Capable and willing to manage team across multiple locations, with a mix of both internal and contractor resources.
* Willing and able to focus on both new development and system enhancement/maintenance efforts.
* Capable and willing to travel approximately 10 - 20%.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
