Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist working with Dynata, you will be responsible for helping clients be successful in their use of the MarketSight platform. This will include training new users in how to use the MarketSight platform, demonstrating the platform for prospective customers, answering users' questions about the platform or its functionality, and troubleshooting issues or problems that users' encounter as they work with the software.

This role is an entry-level position perfect for giving you a foot in the door within the technology and data science industries, and will provide important exposure to complex technology, data, and business process challenges. We are specifically looking for people who are helpful, constructive, eager to learn, and who get a kick out of making people's lives easier - after all, that's what the MarketSight platform is meant to do.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Explaining data analysis and software topics so clients fully understand the value of our products.
* Understanding of statistical analysis, including significance testing, cross-tabulation, and weighting.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

* Presenting information including Data Tables, Charts and Interactive Dashboards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Experience in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Experience in a technical support or other customer-facing role.
* Experience working with survey data and survey analysis software (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, SPSS, Decipher, etc.).
* Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Dapresy, etc.).
