We've been passionately working on the future of last-mile transportation for nearly a decade. In 2011, our team co-founded Boosted and helped design the first portable electric vehicle to use modern EV motor and battery systems.

We believe in working together with transportation departments and were the first permitted system of our kind in the country. Our DNA is rooted in solving problems by listening to and working with agencies, community groups and riders.

Responsibilities

* Manage, triage, respond to customer support requests
* Identify customer support trends/needs and communicate feedback across the team
* Ensure customers receive world-class support
* Escalate issues as needed
* Help build playbooks and standard operating processes
* Work cross-functionally to scale support best practices

Requirements

* 1+ years customer support experience
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Customer obsessed - you love providing magical customer experiences and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of
* Stellar written/verbal communication skills (English) - Spanish fluency a plus
* Comfortable with & excited to use a variety of support tools to communicate with customers
* Highly detail oriented
* Self-starter & proactive problem solver
* Relevant experience in tech/logistics/transportation companies a plus
