The Integrated Fighter Group is looking for individuals that would thrive in a challenging environment whose charter is to provide state of the art capabilities to two major deployed Warfighters: F-16 and F-22. Both of these aircraft are on the front-line supporting key Air Force initiatives around the world and the measure of success for this work is in increased survivability for the men and women who put their lives at risk for all of us.

Responsibilities include:

* Requirements tracking, risk management and architecture development across multiple projects
* Working across IPTs to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements (requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics)
* Working with functional experts and generating verification and validation plans for requirements
* Working with senior engineers to provide documents to convey customer and supplier requirement relationships
* Other duties as assigned

Must be a US Citizen. Position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have a final Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain a Top Secret SAR/SAP clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related Engineering degree considered
* Experience in cryptography
* Experience with systems engineering processes

Desired Skills:

Demonstrated experience, typically 8 - 12 years, in the following:

* Experience in key specifications generation
* Experience in Key management plans
* Familiar with NIST publications 186-4, 800-38, 800-56
* Comfortable with Linear Algebra, Matrix theory
* Comfortable with matrix theory and matrix analysis
* Familiar with sysML or UML modeling languages
* Experience with requirements generation or development and decomposition
* Experience with tracking requirements using software tools (e.g., DOORS, Excel)
* Fifth generation fighter weapons system/avionics system architecture/system-of-systems development experience
* Experience developing a system architecture
* Demonstrated working knowledge of Ethernet messaging (TCP/UDP) and routing
* Demonstrated working knowledge of Open Mission Systems (OMS) scheme and compliance (V1.1) for messaging services
* Demonstrated working knowledge of embedded systems design for open architecture (VPX/VTA standards)
* Basic understanding of and ability to work with various engineering disciplines
* Experience writing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Engineering Requirements Documents (ERDs) for Subcontracts and Vendors.
* Experience with tools similar to a Requirements and Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM)
* Previous integration and test experience
* Familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
