We are currently seeking an Integration Lead to join the Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell (CUIC), an organization that is unique to MITRE because:

CUIC relies on initiative and enthusiasm from individual team members who work proactively and collaboratively towards common goals. We are looking for talented problem solvers with a passion for adapting emerging academic and commercial technologies to develop cross-cutting innovative solutions for the defense, intelligence, and civilian communities and the ability to lead teams to do that.

An Integration Lead is needed in the CUIC-Prototyping team who has technical breadth, leadership talent, and knowledge that spans across multiple sponsors and mission spaces. As a key member of the CUIC team, the successful candidate must be a strong technical leader who can integrate information, people, and initiatives across the CUIC organization as well as the CUIC sponsor community and MITRE leadership team. In this role, the candidate will shape and accelerate emerging high-impact time-critical initiatives, plan and perform outreach to sponsors, develop partnerships with MITRE portfolios and departments, and mentor and advise CUIC staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, including 2 years of leadership experience
* Active TS/SCI level security clearance

Required Qualifications:

* Proven technical leadership experience (5 years minimum)
* Experience in shaping and executing complex DoD and classified sponsor mission outcomes
* Success in setting and meeting strategic objectives and advancing short and long-term program goals.
* History of team building, achieving team goals, and growing trust.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Prior roles required full responsibility/accountability for deliverables and outcomes -including definition, completion, and technical quality, as well as assuring consistency across the responsibility span.
* Effective in interacting with technical staff, analysts, and operators ranging from junior-level contributors to senior leaders in DoD.
* Strong experience mentoring staff and leading teams of various sizes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and capability to collaborate with scientists, analysts, and technical experts across several technical disciplines

* Possess and maintain an Active TS/SCI level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of related experience in computer science, data science, applied mathematics/statistics, operation research, or other physical science/engineering fields.
* Experience working technical challenges associated with the operational development and application of automated processing, machine learning, and advanced analytics (5 years minimum).
* Deep understanding of a variety of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Command and Control, Electronic Warfare, and Space systems
