Bio-Rad is looking for a Technical Solution Architect (Technical Lead) with experience in salesforce.com platform who will be responsible to implement functional and technical solutions to support the complex and varied needs of service & sales cloud business teams on salesforce.org. The technical lead will work closely with the product owners and development teams to understand and document technical processes, understand and communicate value, provide direction to technology team to develop and test potential solutions. Work may include story mapping, user story and acceptance criteria documentation, reviewing code standards, development and signing of on technical design and solution. We are a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work.
* Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT teams and consultants. * Work closely with the business users and product owners globally to identify and prioritize business requirements, and provide technical guidance and feasibility. * Work on technical efficiency improvements and provide technical solutions for simplification or automation in areas of CRM processes, release management, development practices and integrations. * Lead efforts between technical and business teams to create and implement solutions to complex business requirements. * Engage in the entire Agile software development lifecycle, including requirements, authoring user stories, defining sprint backlogs, sprints, stand-up meetings, review and retrospective. * Develop and setup complex configuration on Salesforce.com and ServiceMax. * Create and review technical and design documentation. * Provide development guidance to globally located developers. * Stay current with the latest technology developments for CRM, to advise business owners and IT stakeholders on IT and architecture decisions.
* BS Engineering, Computer Science degree or equivalent. * 6+ years' experience working on salesforce.com. * 3+ years of development experience working in sales or service cloud. * 3+ years of experience with technical lead skills in CRM architecture/design and code reviews. * Deep understanding and experience with ERP systems and integrations. * Experience/knowledge in testing that includes unit testing, functional testing, integration and UAT. * Experience/knowledge in SOAP and REST APIs. * Experience in implementing salesforce lightning is a plus. * Experience in CPQ integration is a plus. * Have demonstrated experience collaboratively working with IT and business teams. * Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Have effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. * Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical audiences.
