Job Description

Corporate Support Services is looking to add another talented technician / support engineer. The successful candidate will be applying their knowledge of computer software, hardware, mobile devices, and policies to drive employee productivity and efficiency. They will also field escalated and desk-side support issues from users consisting of application troubleshooting, configuration and distribution of new hardware, software installation and upgrades, as well as desk/office moves and management of computing resources on a worldwide basis. Additional responsibilities include upgrading / repairing hardware, helping users learn new computer skills, evaluating new software packages and connectivity troubleshooting across variety of physical, virtual and mobile platforms.

Candidates who are already on the path of technology competence, and who are eager to learn new technical and people skills will find this role to be ideal.

Required Skills:

* Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent
* Proficiency in Windows 10, MacOS, Android or Linux
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
* Fluency in Microsoft or Apple software ecosystem
* Basic networking experience - wired, wireless, cellular, LAN, WAN
* Certifications are desirable - including MCITP, MCSE, N+, CCNA, CompTIA, CISA, SSCP
* PowerShell or any other scripting experience is a plus
* Familiarity with iOS, Android, and mobile device management (MDM)
* Strong interpersonal communication skills required to support users in a diverse professional environment
* Physical ability to lift equipment up to 50lbs.
* Willingness to travel to remote offices across the United States and Canada
