NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Corporate IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

NTT DATA's Corporate IT Help Desk Engineers:

* Provide a high level of customer service when responding to user requests (both in-person and virtual) to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
* Support includes, but is not limited to, desktops, laptops, audio/videoconferencing systems, and IP phone devices
*

Monitor help desk tickets, emails, and other channels where user requests IT Help Desk support
* Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, software, and computer peripherals
* Escalates issues to appropriate corporate IT resources and/or management to facilitate resolution
* Works with vendors in troubleshooting hardware issues and places warranty service calls as necessary
* Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution


* Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels
* Other duties as required

Business Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience working in an IT support role or Helpdesk environment
* Someone who can provide a high level of customer service when responding to user requests (both in-person and virtual) to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
* Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and is willing to learn
* Must be a reliable and cooperative team player
* CISSP and/or ISSO is a plus
