DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

* A software developer to work on tools to help both internal and external developers improve performance in their applications. The focus of the position is on CPU-related performance, both obtaining the data and visualizing the data for the tool user.
* Collect, categorize, and visualize performance data.
* Codify expert knowledge into the tool to assist all levels of developers.
* Propose and implement new features.
* Write feature descriptions into customer-facing manuals and documents.
* Maintain existing features in the tool

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or a related field.
* Three to five years of C/C or C# experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A passion for tool development

PREFERRED

* Experience in WPF.
* Experience in UI design.
* Experience shipping products to external customers.
* Experience reading assembly code.
* Ability to read and write Japanese. (only becomes a plus at JLPT N2).
