As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is San Rafael, CA

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 4 years of experience with IT.

Preferred

Responsibilities:

* Support day to day Production Support issues raised by Business teams related to Oracle EBS system
* Managing a geographically spread consultants as well as client stakeholder expectations
* Reporting the performance of Oracle Financials track against various dimensions & guide your team of consultants in achieving the desired levels of performance
* Conduct elaborate meetings with Client to gather business requirements to develop new business functionalities and changes in the existing business functionalities

Skills:

* Solution and Consulting experience in Oracle Finance modules (EBS 12.2.X) Must have hands on experience of AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) projects with SLAs, ability to work in onsite-offshore model
* Excellent working knowledge on Oracle financial modules like AP, GL, CM, SLA, FA, iProc
* Should be good in Oracle Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C) process and hands on experience is desirable
* Hands on experience of SLA driven application maintenance and support process.
* Should be familiar with incident, problem, change management processes
* Ability to communicate effectively with client and manage expectations
* Should have onsite offshore work model experience with ability to extract work from offshore and lead team
* Should have prior technical development experience in interface, report, forms, EDI integration
* Work experience in Pharma domain & GxP Compliance Systems is preferred.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
