As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Washington DC. This position may require travel and/or relocation

Desired Skills & Experience

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At 4 years experience in Information Technology

Preferred

* At least 4 years SAP Security/GRC expertise, served as SAP Security subject matter expert
* At least two full SAP lifecycle implementations of SAP Security.
* Proficient in SAP security principles, delivering services on time, on budget and to meet business needs.
* Proficient in IT general controls and SOX requirements as they relate to security administration.
* Proficient with GRC tools related to access controls and monitoring.
* Technical knowledge of SAP security architecture and role based authorization models for SAP HANA, FIORI, GRC, ECC, BW/BI, CRM, Successfactor, Ariba, Portals, PI/PO, SRM, SCM, Solution Manager
* Proven success on multiple, enterprise-scale SAP implementation projects
* Role and User Maintenance - Provisioning and de-provisioning of users.
* Ability to design GRC Access and Security controls for business and security processes
* Coordinate all security designs with various Business Units and project teams
* Analyze and implements SAP security requirements.
* Recommend and develop security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or loss.
* Work closely with both SAP technical and functional teams to ensure the success of the overall SAP solution.
* Adherence to and delivery of SAP Security controls and procedures as they relate to projects
* SAP GRC system configuration and support.
* Generate access review documents and support internal and external audit.
* Create and update SAP Security process documents
* Leading and managing end to end solution as well as project delivery of the SAP Analytics solutions.
* Experience managing resources and specifically working with off shore teams.
* Proven expertise managing client expectations.
* Basic understanding of ITIL Process.
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
* Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
