In support of our Department of Defense (DoD) client's mission to provide enterprise network operations and computer network defense, the successful candidate will provide SCSM support to the Enterprise Service team.

The Quest Tools Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the implementation of the Quest software solutions including but not limited to Quest Change Auditor, Recover Manager for Active Directory, and GPOAdmin, collaborating with management, application technical support analysts and developers, internal and external support teams, both CONUS and OCONUS, for solving issues, architecting, configuring, and delivering system improvements and reports.

Required Skills

Ability to:

* Perform administrative tasks Quest Administrative Consoles.
* Create and maintain backup schedules of multiple Active Directory domains
* Verify backups of Active Directory domains by performing recovery operations in a lab environment
* Perform searches for changes that occur within Active Directory, Exchange, and File Servers, and SQL environments
* Create, modify and troubleshoot Configurations within Change Auditor for multiple services including but not limited to Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, and File Services
* Utilize verbal and written communication skills to maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required
* Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations

Required Experience

Required Qualifications:

* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
* B.S. degree in a computer science, information technology, computer related discipline, or 5+ years IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment.
* Understanding of Quest Tools and how they integrate with Microsoft technologies
* IAT III certification (CISA, GCIH, GCED, CASP, or CISSP (or Associate))
* ITIL Foundation Certification
* MCSE or equivalent certification
