Job Description

ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Computer Systems Analyst located in Cambridge, MA. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Responsibilities

* Reporting and Analysis Support
* Create tools to increase the Human Resources department's efficiency.
* Analyze and streamline reporting processes in order to promote productivity with a focus in Workforce Development.
* Create custom Federal Personnel Payroll System (FPPS) queries to provide analysis for regularly scheduled reporting, surveys, benchmarking and ad hoc requests.
* Maintain HRIS database in order to produce scheduled and ad hoc reports.
* Maintain HR SharePoint site
* Gather report requirements from internal customers
* Create and modify SQL Server reports

Skills Required

* Prior experience within a Human Resources organization
* Knowledge and experience working with Human Resource Information Systems
* SQL queries and reporting services
* MS Office
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Skills Preferred

* SharePoint 2010
* Design and customization of SharePoint lists, document libraries, web part pages, content types, workflows, views, sites and more with and without SharePoint Designer
* Visual Studio 2017
* Microsoft SSRS
* General Finance & Accounting knowledge
* Knowledge and experience with MDX is a plus
* Knowledge and experience with Tableau is a plus
