Job Description
OverviewThis position reports to the Computer Operations Supervisor.
Shifts can alternate from 3PM to 11PM or 11PM to 7AM shifts on weekends & holidays including on-call for all shifts.
Responsibilities
* Helpdesk
* System Monitoring & Maintenance
* Assisting users and troubleshooting problems
* Good communications Skills required
* Some Data Entry
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Windows, Networked PC's & Printers
* Data Processing or Information Systems background helpful
