Right now, we are looking for an Online Communication Specialist to Group Online Channels within Group communications!

I am Linda Wärmlöv and I am head of group online channels. We are a small team that loves everything that has to do with web! No two days are alike so flexibility and an open mind when it comes to solutions is a must. Sounds interesting? Well then keep on reading.

Your next challenge?

If you join our team your main responsibility will be to manage and develop

* Group intranet

As our Online Communications Specialist for teliacompany.com you work with anything and everything to do with managing, developing and editing our corporate website, operationally and strategically.

Regarding our group intranet you will manage our existing solutions in O365 and be the go to person regarding questions about publishing.

We need someone to:

* Manage internal and external digital sites
* Publish, edit and update content
* Troubleshoot and solve CMS related problems
* Learn key editors how to publish by arranging learning sessions for publishing in the CMS, create step-by-step manuals, and handle access rights etc
* Gather and deliver requirements regarding the sites development.

Who are you?

You have comparable experience, preferably in an international environment.

Your personality:

* We are looking for a real doer who finds out what needs to be done and then go and do it!
* Eye for details without losing the big picture.
* You are a team player with strong social skills.

Your Experience:

* You have been responsible for the planning and delivery of various web / online / IT projects in collaboration with different agency's.
* You are experienced in editing, structuring and migrating content and data.
* You need to have a sound level of understanding of web technology and a genuine interest and knowledge about O365.
* Strong knowledge in both EPiServer and SharePoint and preferably SharePoint online.
