POSITION OVERVIEW

The selected candidate will serve as a technical operational support to Directorate for Operations (DO) Desk Officer. They will provide operational support to Department of Defense HUMINT Operations and serve as Operational Source Manager at the Division/Branch level. The ideal candidate will also serve as ICF technician in order to conduct quality control on all vouchers, FINPLANs, funding and disbursement requests. This position also requires the candidate to maintain detailed records of operational requirements and capabilities of platforms along with produce, edit quality control documents, operational directives, SOP's etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

* Describe the most important duties (major responsibilities that are critical to the role) and those that the position will spend the most time on first.
* Serve as subject matter experts for GCOMS
* Provide detailed guidance to assigned platforms to assist in mission and provide follow-up feedback
* Report products produced in a monthly report
* Update and manage source data within GCOMS
* Operate and maintain SharePoint
* Edit and correct or revise products requested by Government Technical Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education

* Two years of college or three years of experience in the intelligence community.
* College requirements can be waived with at least five years of experience.

Experience

Senior Level -

* Bachelor's AND 8 years relevant experience OR 10 years of relevant experience w/o degree
* US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI and Polygraph.
* Excellent writing, verbal, and communication skills.

Mid Level -

* Bachelor's AND 5 years relevant experience OR 8 years of relevant experience w/o degree
* US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI and Polygraph.
* Excellent writing, verbal, and communication skills.
* Junior Level -
* Bachelor's AND 3 years relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience w/o degree

US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI and Polygraph.

Excellent writing, verbal, and communication skills.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills Desired:

Experience in finance, accounting, business administration, operations research, or program and project evaluation.

At least six months operational experience using GCOMS or other software supporting source management functions.
