First Advantage Corporation is currently seeking a Collection Network Coordinator. This position performs administrative duties to support the daily operations for clinic and third-party locations working with First Advantage to provide drug, medical services, and fingerprint collections for client applicants. This role has responsibility for managing the vendor relationship, setting up new locations, maintaining accurate data of available services, and monitoring of service quality at each clinic or site location. The position requires continuous phone contact with site locations to evaluate service offerings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the setup and ongoing maintenance of clinic profile information and services within the system database * Communicates with clinic locations regarding updates, inquiries for new service offerings and negotiates with sites to work with First Advantage * Responds to clinic locations regarding general questions and system access requests via the incoming call queue * Assists with client escalations regarding donor experiences at clinic locations * Triage service request tickets by assigning to the appropriate team member and/or working to resolution * Assists with fingerprint escalations and troubleshooting steps to support client needs * Recruits and sets up new fingerprint locations, manage site schedules and appointment reschedules * Supports the survey process to monitor applicant experience at site locations * Monitors turnaround times and service quality through reporting * Oversees special projects as assigned
