About the Role

LendingClub is looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented and highly collaborative IT Tools Engineer to join our Corporate Technology Team supporting collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Jira,. Experience with cloud-based systems, migrations and event broadcasting will be useful in this role. As LendingClub expands it geographic footprint and engages with remote workers and vendors, this role is integral to our evolving and diverse technical environment.

What You'll Do

* Coordinate the deployment, installation, and expansion of LendingClub's meeting, event, collaboration, and presentation spaces
* Work with a cross-functional team of both internal and external stakeholders to design, setup, tune, configure, and test all IT deployments at LendingClub
* Lead collaboration tool efforts, migrations and deployments while providing feedback on current systems, helping to evolve new designs that meet changing needs
* Manage relationships with external vendors/integrators
* Manage all events and video productionincluding planning, scoping technical requirements, scripting, logistics and execution for large scale events and meetings
* Innovate to enhance user experience, while ensuring systems are active and reliable for end users
* Contribute to the growth of the organization by flagging potential operational issues and escalating them through the appropriate channels
* Create documentation for support and configuration for all LendingClub IT systems

About You

As a curious technologist with an eye for efficiency and passion for creating great user experiences, you will have at least 3+ years relevant experience in: Video conferencing - Zoom, WebEx Teams, Slack.

* Broadcast AV, routing, and control systems
* LED/LCD Displays and projectors
* Live-streaming
* Custom AV environments.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, multi-site and highly collaborative environment
* Knowledge of event production and conferencing technology - Preferable Zoom, Ring Central
* Experience working with and knowledge of AWS and Cloud-based solutions
* The ability to work independently, prioritize, and successfully deliver and manage simultaneous projects.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
