Job SummaryThe AWS Services team are responsible for providing expert advice and assistance in design and delivery of FICO's solutions within an AWS platform including providing engineering and support for a shared services platform within AWS. This role specifically is to concentrate on development of backend and UI systems to provide internal stakeholder teams with clear concise dashboards of applicable information What You'll Contribute Engage with stakeholder teams to determine dashboard requirements, both in terms of data sources as well as dashboard layout and functionality Be instrumental in the design, development and maintenance of a framework of tools and processes to support display of applicable data to stakeholder teams Assist in development and provision of standards and best practices to ensure products and services expose standard metrics and information for dashboards What We're Seeking Educated to Degree level 3+ years of experience working with both operational and business dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau, Kibana, AppDynamics Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to self-manage and prioritize based on high level objectives Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows systems and basic administration Good understanding of infrastructure components, including virtualization, networking, storage, and encryption Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, etc.) Scripting experience in Bash, Perl or Python Experience with automation and CI/CD tools and development practices is desirable Our Offer to You A culture and work environment strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
