Secure required resources and use formal project management processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Facilitation of execution plans and holding team members accountable for on-time completion of deliverables within budgeted costs. Assist application teams in the development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of cloud migration opportunities. Serve as liaison between application team members and Cloud Transformation Office. Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background. Make presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of progressive experience in project management and/or process improvement. Experience in the management of complex projects. Strong skills in the development and documentation of procedures. An understanding of cloud technology and terminology is preferred.
* 5+ years of Agile experience including Scrum and Kanban. Able to manage matrixed team members of various temperaments in various locations including different states and time zones.
* A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college, or the equivalent work experience. Project Management professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) as well as CSM a plus.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills. Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
* Demonstrate expertise in IT Infrastructure and tactical execution, project management, process management and integrating technology to meet business initiatives.
* Excellent problem prevention/problem solving skills.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing business priorities.
* Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
