Job Description

We are currently looking for a Clock Launch Consultant to assist our customers with implementing\activating Ultimate Time Collection (UTC) Products.

This role will require an individual to talk through implementation\configuration processes and introduce customers to our new Timeclock Hardware and technology.

The position is temporary part-time (32 hours/week) position with the potential to grow into a full time, permanent position.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned launch projects in compliance with Ultimate Software's launch methodology (i.e. Business Analysis, Summary of Business Rule requirements, system configuration, parallel testing, live processing and support transition)
* Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration, testing and client support of live payroll processing
* Lead client meetings as directed
* Provide accurate and timely information status updates related to assigned implementation projects
* Meet project task milestones and customer production go live due dates
* Coordinate and oversee project tasks assigned to other internal resources, when applicable
* Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
* Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items
* Meet or exceed quarterly/annual quota of implementations
* Provide product and subject matter expertise to client
* Conduct virtual product customer demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

* 1-3 years HCM software consulting experience Strong technical and analytic skills
* Network troubleshooting experience
* Knowledge of software-as-a-service delivery models
* Strong, demonstrated customer service acumen
* Proven communication skills
* Strong presentation skill
* Proficient in programming HTML\SQL
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Self-motivated, self-starter
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritize own work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proficient in programming HTML\SQL

* 5-10%
