Job Description:

* Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation
* Ensure the logical and systemic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
* Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements, and allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
* Perform systems architectural development
* Cost and Risk and Supportability and Effectiveness analyses for total systems (concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance & disposal)
* Work in a highly dynamic hardware & software development and integration lab

Qualifications:

* BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or other related field.
* 4+ years relevant work experience with the following:
* Technical principles, theories and concepts of basic RF transmitter, receiver, and antenna design principles
* Embedded processors and digital hardware
* Systems architectural development
* Development, engineering, interfacing and integration of hardware, firmware or software systems
* Software components including firmware, operating systems, drivers, applications and other computing system software
* Hardware components including electrical equipment, digital processing hardware, circuit boards, microprocessor systems, computer system architectures and interfaces

Preferred Additional Skills:

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and VISIO drawing software.
* Familiarity with airborne electronic warfare domain is preferred
* Experience in failure investigation, and root cause analysis.
* Experience in the development of test automation of complex systems.
* Effective Communications skills in a collaborative team environment.
* Experience in the use and programming of RF Source and measurement instruments i.e. Spectrum & Vector Analyzers, RF Sources, O'scopes, RF Power meters, etc.
* Experience with digital processing hardware (ASIC, CPLD, FPGA)
* High level of experience / expertise in test development using National Instruments LabVIEW programming language.
