The Business team is looking for a Client Support Specialist to support our Client Success and Operations team and provide best in class account support for our fast-growing client base. To excel in this position, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You're used to dealing with tight deadlines and can manage the requirements of various internal and external stakeholders. You approach problem-solving and risk management proactively and have outstanding organizational and project management skills. Most importantly, you are customer obsessed, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients and their employees have a wonderful experience.
* Execute post-sale client launches and integrations * Act as internal administrator for large accounts, managing user lists * Manage tickets for client issues, partnering with Customer Care and Operations teams for resolution * Leverage our content management system and other internal tools to build catalog pages and update our website * Prepare/Maintain various spreadsheets for reporting purposes * Regular reviews of existing process for ongoing optimization * Track customer feedback and stay abreast of the industry news and technologies * General support for special projects as needed
* 3+ years of account management, client success, sales operations, or customer service * Comfortable with and find opportunity in ambiguity * Outstanding work ethic and organizational skills * Extremely detail oriented * Demonstrated initiative and creativity * Strong Excel skills are a must (Pivot Tables, V-Look Up, etc.) * Basic HTML skills * Basic Salesforce experience * Willingness and curiosity to self-teach yourself new internal tools and to flex into additional roles as needed with our growing team
