OverviewWe are seeking a Client Services Lead Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client's sites. ResponsibilitiesThe Client Services Lead Representative - Print Production is responsible for overseeing the daily work flow at the client's site. Specific job duties may include but not be limited to the following: •Scheduling and organizing assignments for staff •Ensuring compliance with established standards and policies for the operation •Performing daily key operator and/or convenience care functions •Managing daily work flow to ensure on-time completion of jobs and other critical production and fulfillment deadlines •Maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships •Formulating partnerships with client contacts and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. •Establishing a working familiarity with equipment capabilities •Maintaining all equipment to manufacturer's specifications •Generating daily and monthly departmental reports •Supervising the external vendor billing process QualificationsQualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong background in print production, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, 3 to 5 years management/supervisory experience, moderate to advanced computer skills, operational knowledge of document imaging equipment, ability to move paper and lift packages, and experience in Facilities Management support services. Graphic design experience a plus. UniFLOW experience a plus.
