Job Title: Client Liaison/Systems Support Analyst

Location: Dumfries, VA

Description:

Provide support to business unit users of proprietary custom application software. Answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of software. May extract data, format or run reports, or perform specific analytical functions using the application. ALEX will provide training and a career path towards software engineering, as the requisite skill sets are developed.

Required:

* US Citizenship and ability to meet and maintain secret level Security Clearance Sponsorship eligibility requirements. A higher clearance level may eventually be required.
* Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
* Excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism
* Ability to communicate well in writing
* Understanding of technical terminology

Preferred:

* Prior experience supporting users during system enhancements, change requests supporting design, development, implementation and technical support of websites, pages and applications.
* Coding skills such as Python, JavaScript, html, CSS
* Engineering troubleshooting skills
* Testing skills

Education:

* Bachelor's degree and six months of related work experience; May be substituted by Associates degree and three years of related work experience or High school diploma and five years of related work experience.
