As the Client Integration Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals to meet operational objectives and achieve positive results. You will be involved in establishing goals, providing advice and counsel, and directing your team relative to the deployment of the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product (OTM) for new and converting clients. What you'll do on a typical day:

* Identify and implement improvements to existing operational systems
* Ensure all information required for analysis is accurately captured
* Develop value-added approaches to TMS project challenges by employing analysis, innovation and experience
* Interface with client and business teams to fully and accurately define requirements and solutions approach
* Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Management, Lean Manufacturing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* 7 years of cross-functional business management experience, including business analysis, applications development, logistics and/or supply chain solutions
* 2 years of implementation experience or hands-on OTM experience
* Demonstrated project management experience; ability to manage multiple projects utilizing key project management methodologies
* Lean knowledge, including value stream mapping and Kaizen execution planning/management

It'd be great if you also have:

* Availability to travel up to 60% of the time
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor and inspire a team of professionals
