Job Description

The Advanced Technologies Group is responsible for leveraging new and emerging open source technologies to solve key technical challenges for our clients as well as integrating new data sets, products and applications acquired by Experian. As a Lead Software Developer on our team you will be responsible for applying your strong people skills and deep knowledge of enterprise application development to create seamless solutions that integrate our wide array of data and tools into comprehensive, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams (internal and external) on designs, set milestones and identify risks and dependencies in order to rapidly deliver solutions
* Work directly with clients on a daily basis to convert business requirements to working prototypes and then deployable solutions
* Collaborate on research, new designs, and groundbreaking technologies to solve complex business problems
* Implement and deliver high-performance, scalable data solutions
* Provide best in class security in everything you do

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

* BS degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
* 5 year experience delivering enterprise software solutions
* Demonstrated history of successfully delivering solutions to clients
* Experience with decisioning solutions and rules engines
* Experience with Agile Development methodologies
* Solid understanding of secure application development methodologies

Pluses:

* Familiarity with scripting languages
* Familiarity with AWS scripting and automation
* Experience with big data analytics
* Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
