* Support the Client Development department on all on-going CRM and Client Experience projects * Assist the Client Development department in cleaning out the Database * Gather and enter missing information in system * Update and monitor return mail * Monthly update client capture accuracy report
* Support Client Development department on key client-loyalty projects * Responsible for monthly Welcome Kit program (digital and print) * Support with seasonal client gifting organization * Discovery of new vendor partnerships
* Assist in analysis of email campaigns, update glossary of VCA email campaigns and their performance; advise on best practices * Monitor competitive CRM initiatives * Assist with all email and mail client communications * Pulling and cleaning mail and email lists * Email testing
JOB PROFILE:
* Specialization in related business area is preferred, degree is a plus * Previous experience in CRM preferred * Previous experience in luxury products preferred * Previous experience in jewelry industry is preferred * Excellent computer skills are required * Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills * Emphasis on details * Excellent organizational skills are required * Ability to be proactive is required * Fluency in English is required * Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team is essential * Excellent interpersonal skills are required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to speak several languages is welcome
