This Chatbot developer position provides a great opportunity for an individual who has knowledge and experience working with Chatbot AI enabled implementations. Client's Global Business Technology Solutions is on a journey to transform its technology landscape from older, custom built applications to newer, cutting edge conversational software. Responsibilities

* Chatbot and web services design, development, testing and maintenance
* Design, development and unit testing prior to delivering the final product to the Quality Assurance Team
* Delivery of solutions aligned with customer expectations, on time, within budget, and with anticipated business value
* Work as a member of our Agile Scrum team and technical experts, including programmers, QA testers, and project managers to design new products, or scale existing solutions
* Design and develop plug and play solutions and data integrations across multiple channels

Skills

Must • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience

* Experience developing and implementing Bots
* Experience with .Net, Microsoft C# and Node.js client and server-side application development
* Experience with MS Bot framework & services: LUIS, Dispatch Service, QnA Maker
* Experience in Conversational AI platform for enterprises using ML and Deep Learning
* Utilization of MS Graph API
* Experience with multiple channels, especially Direct line and MS Teams channels
* Experience with bot text to speech and vice versa transformation incorporation
* Experience with bot multi-lingual utilization (preferred)
* Experience with bot human escalation
* Experience with UI/UX designs and implementation
* Experience developing new user-facing and application logic features
* Proven knowledge of frameworks including HTML5, and CSS3; JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries
* Experience building reusable code and libraries for future use, good troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Experience with IDE, such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / VSTS / BitBucket)
* Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
* Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and AJAX
* Clear, professional communications (listening, oral and written communications)
* Experience working as part of a team of technical experts, including programmers, QA testers, project managers and stakeholders to design new products and solutions
* Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
* Test automation experience (preferred)
* Agile Scrum experience (preferred)
