Immediate Opportunity: Change Manager - Agile Project - Contract (Local Candidates - No travelers)

Lake Shore Associates (LSA) is seeking high-energy Change Managers that bring passion and pride to work every day. Individuals should be self-directed and driven to deliver exemplary results in a client-focused environment. The ideal candidates have experience working in agile environments, developing and delivering change management deliverables and PROSCI certified. You will utilize the Prosci-based Change Management framework to drive process and tool execution over the course of multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Apply established PROSCI Organizational Change methodologies and industry best practices to develop the successful deployment of new agile capabilities.
* Manage and implement core OCM activities (change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement & mapping, change impact, organizational readiness, communications strategy and training).
* Work with cross-functional teams to execute on change strategies and activities utilizing ADKAR.
* Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
* Build out an execution strategy that provides the appropriate type of treatment to the individual and the collective set of focal areas.
* Identify and build out key measures from across all focus areas to track progress.
* Design a knowledge sharing framework that drives learning and collaboration.
* Design, develop and deliver instructional workshops and coaching to the client team.

Required Qualifications:

* At least 5 years of Change Management experience is required
* Experience supporting Organizational Change in an Agile environment
* Certification with Prosci or comparable methodology preferred
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
* Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills
* Experience in a consulting environment, preferably as part of the Big Four or in a top-tier consulting firm
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
