Job Description

BAI Inc. is seeking experienced candidates to join our team in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate review of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States(CFIUS) cases.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience reviewing CFIUS cases, in accordance with federal procedures and regulations. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to analyze proposed transactions and identify national security concerns, as appropriate.

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field

Clearance:

Must have a minimum of a SECRET clearance and meet DHS suitability requirements.
