LocationU.S. - Maryland - Suitland Open Date5/17/2018 JOB DESCRIPTION SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Certification and Accreditation Officer for a position located in Suitland, MD. The analyst will provide extensive working knowledge of certification and accreditation in matters of cyber security.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

* Present both oral and written technical information to reviews


* Present, defend, and come to consensus with both technical and non-technical staff


* Provide IA doctrinal recommendation and IA technical policy management support


* Ensure proper accreditation using eMass for NIPR and SIPR systems


* Develop appropriate IA strategies that address challenges to the operation of the network


* Integrate new IA concepts, methodologies and products that align with DoD, DISA, and DoN processes



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED:

* Active TS/SCI


* Minimum of four (4) years' experience performing C&A responsibilities including:
* Acting as a POC for matters of cyber security


* Reviewing audit trail logs and scans


* Ensuring systems maintenance by providing weekly Vulnerability Remediation Asset management (VRAM) compliance report




* Minimum of four (4) years performing technical support of C&A procedures and polices including processing of accreditation packages


* Familiarity with performing automated security scans with the following tools:
* Assured Compliance Assessment Solution, Center for internet security benchmark, Security content automation protocol, and Retina
* Ability to accurately analyze and document scan results
* Familiarity with following framework: DIACAO, DCID 6/3, ICD 503, NIST
* Hold one of the following certifications: CISSP, CAP, GIAC, GSLC, CISM or Security +
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

DESIRED:

* Knowledgeable around IC tools, systems and reporting mechanisms


* Knowledgeable of DoD, IC and National Level system security initiative and LAN/WAN technologies


* Ability to Identify and classify attack vectors, malware, IDS/IPS rule writing development
