ECS is seeking a Deployment SME to work in our Arlington, VA office.

Job Description:

The Deployment SME is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of deployment management plans and checklists for IPPS-A to include the development and implementation of deployment readiness plans and readiness checklists and briefings that prepare the Commands for the receipt of IPPS-A. The individual must be able to work with senior military stakeholders and present command level briefings intended to coordinate the deployment to all Active and Reserve Division, Corp, Major Commands (MACOMs), Combatant Commands (COCOMs.), and all Army National Guard locations across the 54 States and Territories.

Position requires up to 50% travel

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, or information systems, or business administration or relevant technical field and at least 10 years' experience.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:

* Prefer five years direct experience in the deployment of DoD information systems across the Army.
