The CAN/LAN & C&T Service Owner/Lead is responsible for managing a network service area through all phases of an ITIL maturity lifecycle. The Service Owner will lead a matrixed team which will include all elements of the AT&T Program. This includes engineering design, operations, security and financial functional groups. The position will ensure focus assurance on service to ensure that operational performance levels are within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract administrative requirements and financial constraints. The Service Owner/Lead is the focal point on service planning and performance coordination with other customer enterprise IT service providers and with the appropriate Government stakeholders to determine service specific changes needed throughout the life of the
Service and communicate plans and results. Expertise within a defined service area is desired. Such expertise would include network engineering, network security or network monitoring. Experience with ITIL, service or product management is desired.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Candidate must have a Master's Degree and 10 years of experience.
Required Clearance: Active TSSCI with Polygraph.
