Position Summary

We are looking to grow our team with technically excellent software developers who enjoy solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

In this role, you will:

* Design, develop, test, extend, and maintain a diverse set of automated systems, tools, and GUI applications
* Have deep interaction with trading staff, including informal discussions about both business and technical problems
* Work closely with other developers in a collaborative, cooperative, and supportive team environment
* See your software in use, and receive quick feedback for improvements or extended features
* Troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
* Keep abreast of emerging technologies, new language features, and new APIs or tools.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree
* Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development
* Be organized, self-directed, and dependable. Be able to manage your own workload and provide reasonable estimates for completion.
* Have superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey design decisions in both technical and layman's terms.
* Desire to work in a team environment

Ideal Qualifications

* Experience with C#, WPF and SQL
