Job Description

Quantcast seeks a hardworking Business Systems Manager to join the growing Enterprise Applications team. We provide business teams with critical business applications in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Order Management and Finance.

The ideal candidate is a shown self-starter with a strong background in business process analysis and applications technology. You should be equally comfortable collaborating with business partners to vision premier future processes and digging into code with software engineers to understand a reporting discrepancy. You have experience with team leadership and enjoy mentoring and coaching others. You pride yourself in an ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. You are self-driven and take full ownership of projects and relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

* Lead business analysis financial branch of Enterprise Applications team
* Serve as domain authority across multiple business processes, workflows, data, systems and develop a deep understanding of applications, supporting infrastructure and systems integration.
* Vision and design flexible, scalable and robust business applications and tools
* Create detailed functional business requirements for complex projects
* Roll-up your sleeves to do hands-on configuration, reporting and customer support
* Drive, lead and prioritize customer feedback loop to enhance system performance and customer usage. Maintain relationships and expectations of internal customers
* Evaluate technical solutions and new applications
* Design, build, test, implement and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other internal and external applications. (Salesforce, Hyperion HFM, Snowflake DW, Concur, Workday)
* Design, build, test, implement and maintain custom components and extensions as necessary for packaged applications.
* Administer the Oracle EBS packaged applications including design and configuration.
* Drive evolution of team project standard methodologies
* Lead training with business on new functionality and features
* Ensure SOX and compliance standards are met across our applications portfolio
* Leverage data to generate usable insights that identify areas of opportunity for new user growth, user engagement and improved business processes
* Document technical specifications and other requirements to support each application.
* Partner with the Accounting team to ensure that systems solutions selected or developed support the needs and goals of end users and partners throughout the organization.
* Plan and develop use-case test plans and perform unit testing.
* Work with Service providers to assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, patch deployments, architecture review / design and general best practices.
* Help define new business processes; data elements and system change requests.
* Provide on-call support for production applications.
* Triage problems and resolve issues.
* Configure and monitor application performance, capacity and response times.

Core Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems or MBA
* 5+ years business systems analysis experience
* Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash and Financial business processes
* Experience with SaaS business applications such as Salesforce
* Experience with financial systems such as Oracle EBS, Hyperion and Tableau
* Success leading and mentoring other analysts
* Superb communication skills and customer service orientation
* Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others
* Familiarity with basic web technologies - HTML, CSS, soap, rest, XML, JavaScript
* Experience using database query tools - such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL, SOQL
