Job Description

MemorialCare's Epic Team develops creative strategies to achieve common end goals while collaborating with our end users. Under general supervision, the Business Systems Analyst III - Resolute is a build expertise in completing application assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. They typically are responsible for projects/change requests, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members.

Experience

* Minimum 3 years' experience as systems analyst, application specialist or equivalent business experience with Resolute and professional billing
* Strong written and verbal communication skills: Practices open and honest communication demonstrating support and empathy. Respectfully asks questions and practices active listening to gain full understanding of diverse perspectives. Effectively conveys both written and oral communication to achieve mutual understanding
* Successful involvement in re-engineering and implementing process improvement
* Significant and successful project management exposure
* Experience in presenting to groups and leading meetings, preferred.

Education

* Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Certification(s) required to support Epic Resolute Applications. Certification(s) in Resolute Professional Billing
