Primary Purpose:

Provide technical and analytical support to business processes within National General. Responsible for working directly with the Business Unit, IT, Clients, Vendors, and internal departments to analyze requests, document business requirements and implement solutions. Continuously strive to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulations. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members in order to provide quality solutions.

* Assist with solving organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; partnering with development teams to design solutions, and recommending system controls and protocols
* Work in off the shelf packages to configure software to deliver solutions
* Engage with the business and technical teams to identify potential solutions and provide recommendations
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by assessing effectiveness of current processes, programs and systems to recognize opportunities for standardization, increased efficiency, cost reduction, increased quality and improved user experience
* Partner closely with teams to execute solutions and act as a liaison between the customer community and business owners
* Research and analyze system and manual processes and prepare written recommendations for changes and/or improvements
