* Leads the delivery of the full lifecycle of information technology services to the HR Corporate Function, from strategic alignment through service selection, delivery and support. * Strong understanding of HR business processes and requirements * Defines technology roadmaps associated with business needs and priorities. * Translates business reeds into IT requirements, defining business cases and securing funding. * Ensures the functional business objectives, requirements and constraints are clearly understood by IT and that IT's considerations, service performance, spend and initiatives are clearly understood by the functional Leadership team. * Ensures the successful delivery of the functional project portfolio throughout the project lifecycle through program and project governance activities. * Drive continuous improvement in quality and cost of IT * Proactively communicates with the functional leadership team, including leading a rich dialogue on I.T. service performance, spend and priorities
Required Skillset
* Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity * Strong communication skills, results oriented, deadline driven and ambitious * Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interface and communicate with management and executive staff (internal as well as external) * Relevant industry knowledge * Experience working in a technology and/or services intensive business * Experience working with cutting-edge Information technologies, business development, product life-cycle planning, and delivery of Enterprise Grade Applications
