Axos Bank is looking for a Business Process Systems Analyst within our Centers of Excellence (CoE). Responsibilities include:

* Analyze business and technical processes within the Bank, in light of the features and functions of our application systems, and constantly seek to improve systems and reporting
* Work with other staff members to develop specifications for systems improvements
* Maintain user access privileges, tables, help files, training/user documentation, records, and parameters for all Workforce Optimization CoE systems together with other IT staff
* Propose enhancements to operating procedures to optimally exploit the capabilities of Workforce Optimization CoE applications and platforms, and work with all levels of staff to institute those enhancements
* Serve as a resource on the technical structure and function of each application to IT and users, and provide significant input to user (including members) documentation.
* Implement technical changes to effect systems enhancements, e.g., write simple code using vendor-provided tools to modify CoE systems or develop low-code solutions using CoE platforms
* Provide training and other presentations to managers and staff on prospective or existing systems
* Conduct walk-through of systems and enhancements, with IT and with users, to ensure understanding of pending changes and to establish consensus on content, options, and cut-over strategies
* Conduct and summarize post-implementation reviews of major systems changes, facilitating discussions among IT, users, and vendors as appropriate in order to improve planning and implementation of systems and enhancements

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

* Proficiency in C# with good knowledge of its ecosystem
* Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently
* Familiarity with various low-code and Workflow platforms and concepts: K2, SharePoint or OutSystems preferred
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A propensity to rapidly master the understanding and application of new technology
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, complex and innovative multi-billion dollar bank
* Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

* 1+ year's experience working in a similar role in an enterprise-level environment
* Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
