We are looking for business analysts who want to dive into our application stack and get on a team of innovators who are taking it to the next level. You need to bring a solid track record of not only building applications from the ground up but also enhancing an existing core. We challenge our analysts to explore and exploit technology faster than others. You will have the opportunity to work in small but complete teams that have total ownership of applications and modules.

Responsibilities:

* Analyzes process and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
* Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams
* Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts
* Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules
* Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
* Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
* Tracks program/project status and schedules
* Demonstrates working knowledge of implementing standards and processes using industry best practices
* Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management

Required Qualifications:

* BS or BA degree in a technical administration discipline
* At least four (4) years of experience in management, technical, or business analysis disciplines
* Experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program
* Experience with ITSM based services
* ITIL Foundation Certified

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Must have Secret clearance based upon a SSBI or SSBI-PR completed within the past five years
