Job Description

Position Overview

Collaborate with key stakeholders to accomplish business intelligence priorities, in support of a broader objective to improve organizational insight and decision-making. Primary responsibilities include constructing queries, reports, and dashboards, and reviewing and testing team deliverables.

Essential Job Functions

* Partner with business and technology team members to design and build targeted dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
* Create and manage complex SQL queries to extract data from operational systems.
* Fulfil requests in a timely manner, ranging from custom ad hocs to strategic dashboards.
* Review the contributions of others to improve quality.
* Assist with testing during operational release cycles.
* Work with subject matter experts to define reporting and business intelligence requirements.
* Learn, grow, and improve the teams ability to make business intelligence a critical asset to the organization.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/ Requirements

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
* 1-2 years of experience building SQL statements
* 1-2 years working with a business intelligence tool or reporting tool (SSRS)
* Strong time management skills and communication skills (written and oral)
* Strong analytical ability, good judgment; strategic and multidimensional thinker
* Willingness and ability to learn quickly; capable problem solver
* Detail oriented, organized; prompt and regular attendance is required
* Continuous learner; excitement in personal growth and development
* Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a Team Player
