Job Description
Job Overview:The Business Intelligence Analyst (Decision Support), G&A, will partner with Talent, ISS and other G&A teams to generate and evaluate metrics that will enable thoughtful and well-informed decision making aligned to best practices. Through effective reporting, this role will enable the teams to choose the best possible tactics to accomplish corporate goals.
The Analyst position will work with the teams in our G&A organization to collect, analyze and report on Talent and Systems related data in an on-going effort to improve retention, productivity and workforce planning. The role will work closely with G&A leadership to create both standardized and custom reports, provide analysis and support as well as assess future needs and data integrity. This role will be responsible for standardizing the tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
