Interventional Urology

NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive, and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. As part of the Teleflex Interventional Urology business unit, NeoTract's initial focus is on improving the standard of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) using the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive, permanent implant system. Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms data into insights and knowledge, and builds and administers a Tableau environment. As an integral member of the Sales Operations team, this position partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing and others, to develop datasets, dashboards, and reports to help deliver insights into a fast-growing business. The position requires the ability to demonstrate superior data effectively, high-level analytical and creative skills with strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impactful information.

Principal Responsibilities

* Develop datasets and data models for month-end and daily datasets utilizing Alteryx, Excel, SQL Server, Tableau, and any other identified applications that may add insights and optimization.
* Build new dashboards and adjust existing dashboards based on requirements received from stakeholders and Sales Ops team.
* Develop new fields, objects, and calculations to support transforming data into information.
* Document logic used to build all business views for future reference. Analyze any upcoming systems changes, determine impact on data and dashboards, and manage that transition seamlessly.
* Own and maintain non-systems data inputs, such as Excel files. Optimize and automate updates where possible.
* Be the first stop for troubleshooting and resolving access or data quality issues reported by users. Partner with Sales Ops Analysts to troubleshoot issues in dashboards they are building.
* Optimize performance (load time) of dashboards using best practices.
* Contribute to updating operational process documentation to support scaling processes effectively and efficiently.
* Perform other administrative tasks and assist with projects as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field of study; or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Tableau Developer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or related role.
* Extensive experience working in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Online or Server.
* Strong experience in SQL, data modeling, and data preparation.
* Experience with Alteryx preferred.
* Experience with Sales Operations analytics preferred.
