Company Overview:

SUMMARY:

The Placement Coordinator serves as a liaison between client services and the payroll department. Coordinates with the onboarding coordinators for all placement submissions while providing high-level customer service and meeting service level agreements.

Job Summary:

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of human resources/customer

service experience. Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

* Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing with multiple levels of client payrolled employees, 1099 contractors and management.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality, customer service and service level agreements.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and time management.
* Ability to work in multiple systems to gather information such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, etc.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partners with the onboarding coordinators to ensure all candidate placements are entered into the database.
* Key in all data provided from our clients and verifying information matches in the VMS tools for clients that use Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, etc.
* Coordinates the back office placement submissions and partners with our Client Services and Payroll departments on the submissions.
* Ensures that all placements are completed timely and accurate.
* Works closely with the Consultant Services team when entering the placements so the welcome call and timesheet instructions can be sent out timely.
* Communicates effectively to all team members.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
